Step-by-step Instructions

There are two ways to add new users to OneUp depending on what systems your company has connected to OneUp. You can automatically import them from one of these systems (recommended) or manually create a user account on OneUp, and then connect them to your systems.

Method 1: Creating via an integration [Recommended]
You must be a user with access to the Integrations page in order to complete these steps.

Log into your OneUp account and click the light blue 'Configure' button in the bottom-left corner.
Click the 'Integrations' option in the menu that appears.

Click 'Configure' on the right-hand side for the integration you want to import a user from.
Open the Users sub-menu on the white sidebar, then click 'Unlinked'.

Find the user(s) you want to import, then hit 'Create'.

If the user has already been created on OneUp (either by another integration or manually via the Users page), you will see 'Link' instead of 'Create'. This will simply connect the user on OneUp to the same user account on the connected system.

Method 2: Manually adding a user & connecting afterwards
You must be a user with the permissions to add, remove and edit accounts to complete these steps.

Log into your OneUp account and click the light blue 'Configure' button in the bottom-left corner.
Click the 'Users' option in the menu that appears.

Click the blue 'Add Users' button in the top right.
Complete the form that appears, then click the 'Create Users' button in the bottom-right of the window.

Follow the instructions for Method 1: Connecting via an integration above to link these new accounts to your other systems.

Creating accounts on OneUp does not automatically send them an invite. See 'How do I invite my team to log into OneUp?' for instructions on how to send invites.

Troubleshooting

Potential issues you may come across:
If you receive an error stating that the user already exists, check the 'Deleted Users' tab on the Users page
