Overview

If your company works in a certain currency, we have a setting on the platform that enables you to view your monetary metrics in a range of different ways. We currently support these currencies (the conversion rates are also updated daily!):

CAD
CHF
CNY
EGP
EUR
GBP
HKD
INR
JPY
NZD
SEK
SGD
USD
ZAR

Changing the Default Currency

To change the default currency, you need to have admin privileges.
On your OneUp dashboard, click the Settings button at the bottom left of the screen, and in the menu that appears, click Settings.
On the next screen, you'll see a dropdown labelled Default Currency. Change the currency to the one you prefer.
Done!

Users may need to refresh their browsers before viewing the updated currency.
Troubleshooting

If you operate multiple TVs in different worldwide offices (for example one in the UK and one in the US), to update the TV's currency you will need to contact the support team who will be happy to make the change for you!
