Overview
If you're seeing some users in your user dropdown on your dashboard that say Unknown User this is because the user does not have a forename or surname. Commonly., this is due to an integration creating users on OneUp that are not actual users.

Solution
If you see this, simply ignore it. It will have no impact on your billing or data.
